FIELD-OPS · LOG 2026 — THE RE-KEY LOOP

Stop retyping.

Point. Snap. Organized data.

Old tools read the image and hand you a wall of text — the typing is still yours. shenshen reads it, straightens the crooked shot, organizes the fields, and sums up the totals. You review, you export, you're done. The day ends earlier, and the errors stay gone.

· No card required

FIG·02 — A week of re-typing

If your week looks like this, keep reading

Forty-two documents on the desk, a field per minute, and the whole loop starts again on Monday.

300+ fields re-keyed by hand

An average week on the desk. Yours may differ — that's kind of the point.

FIG·03 — The mechanic

One photo. Zero typing.

Point, snap, done. The photo gets fixed before it's read, so the fields come out clean the first time.

1

Point

Aim at the document — receipt, card, screen, contract. Crooked, glossy, or dim: all fine.

2

Snap

shenshen deskews, de-glare, and reads it — before the next thing on your desk waits.

3

Done

Labeled fields come out — copy, export, or send. You type nothing.

  • Totals you add up by handtallied and double-checked
  • Crooked, glossy shots that read as garbagestraightened, then read clean

FIG·07 — Quick answers

Quick answers

Does it really work on a messy photo?

That's the whole point. A receipt shot at an angle, with glare, or in low light gets straightened and cleaned before it's read — fixed first, so the fields come out right.

What does it pull off an invoice?

Vendor, invoice number, line items, tax, total, and due date — as labeled fields, not a wall of text to re-format.

Do I still have to double-check everything?

You review the fields before export. A total that's a number and a due date that's a date means you're checking the row, not re-typing the receipt.
